Axonlab’s SpinAX and ProbeAX Evolution tubes form a mechanical tissue homogenisation system for the laboratory. Processing takes place in the same tube before microbiological or molecular testing.
An instrument with compatible single-use tubes
SpinAX is the reusable instrument. ProbeAX Evolution tubes are the compatible single-use tubes in which the specimen is placed and homogenised. The system is used to prepare tissue and bone samples.
The instrument has a compact design, a noise level below 56 dB and jam protection. Available variants include an EVO 40 ml tube containing 5 ml NaCl.
